The equestrian facilities at Rolling Thunder Ranch are designed on
200 acres for a state of the art equine care and training facility.
An enclosed 277' x 127' barn has fifteen (15) 12x12
stalls that are constructed of cinder block and pipe, designed for air
flow and have soft dirt floors, finished out with horse shavings. Each
stall has it's own fly application.
There is a wash and doctor stanchion for horses
conveniently located under roof, as well as two (2) 30' round pens, a
secured tack room, and a feed room with closed containers.
For all weather riding there is a 325' x 195' covered
arena. |

Feeding time |
There are seven, 10-20 acres pastures for different
stages of aged horses, i.e. broodmares, colts, two year olds, studs,
etc. There is a total of
fourteen (14) pastures framed with approximately six miles of 4" piped
fencing. Each pasture has between 10 and 24 feeding stalls. There
are windbreak barns in all pastures.
All pastures have been improved
with coastal bermuda grass. There are five (5) water wells, one
800' deep used for irrigation.
